essentially the previous game but with upped graphics, more mechanics and less forgiving enemies. playing hard difficulty sandbox: expect LOTS of save scumming in the beginning. haven't killed any enemies yet because i'm always outnumbered and guns are prohibitively expensive. sell alcohol to the fort, buy clothes and sell those, and get a rifle (and cheap party members) as soon as possible

five. hundred. henchmen

got past tutorial leveling by clicking "no" before clicking the button again and clicking "yes" (if there was even a softlock lol). decent, simple autobattler rpg with a "real-time" out-of-battle mechanic that requires you to complete missions and upgrade farms to cover expenses each month. nice selection of critters and light progression via quest/mission battles, with upgrades that up your monsters' stats

childhood game i still need to get thru in its entirety,,,, big fan of sky kingdoms with magic aircraft

turn-based battler with an emphasis on "resource management" with your energy, ammo and max heat. served as the core gameplay for singleplayer/multiplayer liveservice supermechs (somehow still clinging to life despite turning into a gacha hell). fun, challenging gameplay loop, but it gets tiring regardless when you find out the cheeses (the ai is very predictable, for one). regardless, it's still a childhood staple worth revisiting

would be fun if the newgrounds player got past the graphics loading bar

rlly miss the server hosted content, there were a seemingly endless variety of tanks and arenas to choose from. level-based progression rather than the exploration- and kill-driven progression of the mainline bubble tanks games. the upside to this is being able to make your own arenas (and enemies) rather than working with premade everything <3

i wonder if tank ids still work

completely unplayable, white/brown screen and nothing else. i'd be yapping about how satisfying it is to down gas planes but i can't even get off the ground on the newgrounds player lol

fun, casual lane defender/warlords-lite with good unit variety, skill tree and unit matchups. slower paced than similar games, but has a line of light story-based combat and great prerendered artwork. the enemy variety is immensely fleshed and even has its own glossary, with unit renders of its own. yummy worldbuilding

it's rock-paper-scissors tug of war with powerups. simple but fun luck-based gameplay

silly critter on the internet with silly fixations
